OnBase
OnBase is the campuses primary tool for creating and storing electronic documents. This service has been available on campus since 2014 and a major component of CSUSM's strategy to reduce risk and improve productivity, efficiency and customer service by eliminating paper-based tasks. The ePAN form and workflow use OnBase.
