Telephone Services

Services include office phones, voicemail, mobile devices, conference services, call forward options, classroom phones, and operator services. We coordinate adding, disconnecting, moving, billing, voice mail,  or making a change to a campus telephone or directory information with the ESP. Campus operators are available to answer and route calls to the appropriate departments during normal campus business hours.

New phone requests are accepted from budget managers and can be sent to tservices@csusm.edu.

Please allow 3-5 days from the time the request is received for changes to be completed.
